Our client, CITI, asked for our assistance in addressing all employees about the value of clear communication and the power of speaking up. We took a light-hearted approach with our creative direction, defusing a potentially hot button issue: office politics, gossip and looking the other way at interoffice challenges. Encouraging team members to speak up and listen with an open mind, this campaign went a long way to change corporate culture at CITI.
