Anti-DWI Campaign Created by ABQ Creative Agency RK Venture Acknowledged as Excellent by Communication Arts Magazine

Created for NMDOT, nine spot series wins in 59th Annual Advertising Competition.

Albuquerque, NM – “ENDWI: The Reality,” an anti-drunk driving broadcast campaign created for the New Mexico Department of Transportation by Albuquerque creative agency RK Venture, has been designated as outstanding by Communication Arts magazine, the professional journal for the visual communications industry. Via a series of nine thirty-second spots, “ENDWI: The Reality” utilizes a reality TV series approach to detail the humiliation and hardships that result from a drunk driving arrest. The campaign is one of just one hundred and nineteen projects acknowledged as excellent by a jury of industry professionals out of more than 2,831 entries submitted to this year’s competition. “ENDWI: The Reality” is featured in both the print and digital editions of Advertising Annual 59, the November/December issue of Communication Arts magazine.
