Albuquerque – New Mexican’s visited the 2014 New Mexico State Fair in record numbers according to Sate Fair General Manager Dan Mourning. In an interview with Albuquerque’s KOAT News, Mourning cited “better promotion” and “better advertising,” as contributing to the increased crowds throughout the State Fair’s thirteen- day run. That’s great news for Albuquerque’s RK Venture, as the Nob Hill creative firm was behind the “Meet Me At The Fair” media campaign which contributed to 2014’s record-breaking attendance.
“Our intention with the “Meet Me At The Fair” campaign was to remind people that no matter your age, this great event, which has been bringing fun and excitement to New Mexico summers for over seven decades, is indeed something to get excited about,” said Richard Kuhn, RK Venture’s owner and executive creative director. “We are pleased that the campaign was so well received, and that it contributed to making the 2014 New Mexico State Fair the best attended in several years.”
